Terms and Conditions

Courses

Bookings must be made in writing.  Places cannot be confirmed unless the booking is accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the course fees.

Full settlement must be made three working days prior to commencement of training.

Compactran Limited reserves the right to cancel courses at any time and to transfer confirmed bookings to rescheduled dates. 

Clients who are unable to attend the rescheduled courses will be entitled to a full refund.

In the event of client cancellation notice received less than 7 days prior to the commencement of training Compactran Limited reserves the right to impose a 50% cancellation fee.

When notification is less than three working days then the cancellation fee is 100% of the full fee.

Payroll

Compactran undertakes to process payroll calculations and provide as standard the following reports within the timescales and in the format identified on the agreed Payroll Processing Authorization Form:

• Payslips
• Summary showing the PAYE calculations and deductions
• Summary showing the NI calculations and deductions
• P32 report showing the amount payable to HM Revenue and Customs
• Blank payment authorization form

Provided that:

• The completed payments form is received by the agreed due date
• The payments form is signed by the authorized contact
• All invoices and service charges have been paid in full to Compactran Ltd for work completed for previous pay periods.
• These calculations and reports will be solely based on the information received from the authorized contact within your organization and Compactran Ltd accept no liability for any errors made on the payments forms provided.
• Compactran Ltd act solely for the purpose of calculating payroll costs and deductions and do not make payments on behalf of our clients.   Compactran Limited accepts no liability for any outstanding debts against our clients. 

Software - Sage

Compactran Ltd is a member of the Sage Accountant's Club and is able to accept and place orders for the Sage Instant and Line 50 Accounting and Payroll software.

Where shipment is made directly to our clients full settlement is required at the time of ordering.

Software cannot be returned once opened.

Sage software orders must also comply with the Terms of Supply as specified on the Sage web site (link last checked 11th January 2009)
